The real-life 2020/21 campaign has come to an end, and many segments of the gaming community have now turned their attention to the latest chapter of EA's phenomenally successful virtual football franchise, FIFA 20. In addition to non-league side Wrexham and League Two newcomers Sutton United, according to leaks, a slew of other new teams will be introduced into the series in the upcoming FIFA 22.

FIFA 22 Teams Wrexham and Sutton United Have Been Leaked

The game's developers have been unusually quiet about new content and FIFA 22 Coins at this point, but well-known leakers and game information experts have been combing the depths of the internet for clues about the game's development. This means that we now know that Wrexham of the National League and Sutton United of League Two are both likely to be included, among a number of other teams, in the competition. In what was a surprising move, the Red Dragons, one of the oldest clubs in the pyramid and based at the Racecourse Ground in North Wales, were recently taken over by Hollywood movie stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney in what was a surprising move, to say the least.

In the 2020/21 season, Sutton United, also known as The Amber and Chocolates and The Us, secured promotion back to the football league for the first time in their 123-year history after winning the National League title, earning themselves a ticket into the FIFA World Cup qualifying series. Both Wrexham and Sutton United are expected to play their home games at Town Park, which will serve as a generic stadium.

We were able to get an early glimpse of the new teams that will be added to FIFA 22 thanks to FutWatch on Twitter. The new teams include Wrexham and Sutton United, among others.

FIFA 22: EA making three huge changes to Ultimate Team

FIFA 22 will be released this year – but you didn't need us to tell you that, did you? Even though a new FIFA game released FIFA Coins every year, it is as unavoidable as the sun rising in the morning and setting in the evening. However, this does not prevent FIFA from ranking among the best-selling games of all time.

FIFA, the world's most popular football tournament, has proven to be a highly profitable venture for Electronic Arts, particularly with its emphasis on Ultimate Team game modes, and FIFA 22 will be no exception. However, the most difficult obstacle that annual sports games must overcome is this: what makes this version of the game worthwhile in comparison to the previous one? So EA Sports is putting its faith in its newly developed HyperMotion technology, which is basically a brand-new motion capture and animation suite that the company believes will have a transformative impact on the world's most popular sport.
