I love this time of year because of two things. The first is that early plus size formal dress September always brings all the fall fashion. This is my favorite season in terms of style and color palette. and many more. This time of year, Fashion Month also kicks off with a series of fashion shows between cities. I usually go to New York for Fashion Week, but this year, I missed all the festivities at home in LA. Still, I started thinking, just because I can't be there, doesn't mean I can't provide some looks. If I were in New York, here's what I'd wear.
So, let's get to what I love about this series. It's easy to unbutton the skirt, and it's easy to open more openings to show more legs if you choose or cut the legs for more coverage. I also love the tie at the waist and the back of the top that not only adjusts but adds a cute, unique detail. Note that the top can be a little challenging to fit, but once I adjusted it (worn 2x) it was fine. I did notice that the armholes could be a little bigger, but overall the fit is fine for me and I've worn the suit a few times.
