I don't see why folks buy corrupt dragon anyway. Seems like a waste of cash to me. Since Corrupt dragon is the best F2P armour, PKers purchase the weapons since they help getting kills and clanners buy the armour to be able to RS gold tank more. But doesn't it vanish after something like 30 minutes? Yeah it will but it also depends on how you use it. For example, if you're PKing and just employing a corrupt dragon weapon to deal with the last hit then clearly your weapon is going to last some time.
These one or two good hits are the difference from killing or being killed. With the fall (s) you would receive, assuming that your PKing, it probably makes up for the high cost of Corrupt Dragon. Particularly if you are a pro Pker such as Mic. You then make a significant profit. Additionally, the boots street cost was 25M (Leaf got the boots) while GE price was 8M? Thought it was the same. It appears that you can't stake cash . People will just store in their pouch. The GE price is just an automatic manner of recording transactions and upgrading the cost to adhere to that. Why do you think the GE prices change? Because people purchase and sell at the road prices through the GE and it updates the cost to match this.
Ever since I got back to RS a few months ago and finally became a part, I have noticed a massive number of players (mostly round the GEx) begging for money. Now, I've personally never had over 500K to my name. I've never needed more than that and I've never really set out to try and make money. However, when I've had to buy something expensive I have worked hard to make the cash I wanted.
I would never consider begging people for money but I see countless numbers of players requesting numbers as high as 100K, 500K and even 1M. I was just wondering whether people actually give money to such players? Does it pay off to these beggars? When it does then it feels a bit demoralising into OSRS buy gold a player like me , when I want money, puts time and effort into making it.
