Deformation under force. When cement mill milling wall and the rolling mortar wall crush the ore, the strong milling force makes the body tilt or vibrate, and the seal is easy to get out of the original movement track and deform, which changes the original sealing state and causes the sealing failure of the cement mill.
Improper installation. During the installation, maintenance and replacement of the seal, due to the incorrect installation, the partial deformation of the seal will lead to the failure of the cement mill seal.
Poor lubrication. The friction parts are easy to be mixed with metal particles and ore dust, and the long-term working in high temperature environment makes the lubricating oil deteriorate, the fluidity becomes poor, and the local resistance of the seal increases, resulting in deformation.
