For LM vertical roller mill, which is commonly used in pulverizing enterprises, we can check the following measures:
1. Insufficient cleaning of grinding roller with scraper or brush.
2. The flow velocity is uniform;
3. The flow distribution of the whole roller is uniform; 4. The whole grinding roller is grinded evenly;
5. The material is hot;
6. Keep the ability of adjustment;
In some cases, the change of power consumption can be detected or checked by automatic or ammeter.
Far infrared thermometer can be used to detect the temperature of roller surface, bearing and motor. The rise of the operating temperature of the transmission system can be noticed by the rising oil temperature or the smell of belt heating.
Improper adjustment of grinding roller, bearing, belt, gear and other mechanical parts may cause abnormal vibration or noise. This phenomenon may be felt when standing next to a running mill roll. Maintenance personnel and production personnel must work together to maximize the performance of vertical roller mill.
