"I suffered a loss of $6000, and was to receive $11,000 over that amount due to the "interest" that we were supposed to pay," one alleged victim, aged 21, told us.
"The scam took place originally by a dude named Rack who was putting up hundreds of thousand dollars bets and trying to exaggerate how much money he actually had.
