Quest:
Ask the guild master to give you an assignment. He will inform you that you must visit Oziach. He will then give you the quest. On complete the quest, you'll be granted the legendary rune platebody. He lives on the edge of Edgeville at the edge of a cliff.
You can transfer to Edgeville, and then enter the home of Oziach. Inform Oziach that the Guild master requested you get runeplate from Oziach.
