Ammo- Anything under iron for arrows (or mithril), but I say to not use a msb, since no shield defence. Any bolts below steel because of RuneScape gold price. Any knives below iron is cost effective. Or metal darts (Surprisingly good). Kebbit bolts, inexpensive ones. Weapons- I say when I was coaching my range off and on using these approaches (I trained many with holy clay+cannon [such as 600k exp an hour readily 1exp to 4gp reduction LOL, that is why I had spare sc pts]) I would certainly reccomend steel darts or a hunterscrossbow (quick ) They are cheap to use and effective exp. Steel darts as well as the hunters rammed in round the exact same exp at high levels 40k+, darts sometimes slightly higher.

MSB using mithril arrows, I took in harm more - wasn't worthwhile. Although I did get slightly better results, I still hold my ground. Bronze knivesyes a lot of people suggest them, but they actually are worse then seekers crossbow, or the steel darts because of precision. Crossbow, with wide bolts this may be a wonderful thing + spirit wars, but you will need to aim for low levels who have LOW defence // heaps of exp, may need zanicks crossbow(exp from crossbow alone is TOO slow). Chinning, at soul wars chinning the reduced levels is great at basically any level, but expensive if you don't have mounds of sacred clay pts.

When I do get mems I will for Buy RS gold certain particular: Guthans (using helm and spear only when healing). D boots. Black mask (soon to be slayer helm following several quests) Whip. Rune defender (have). Fury. Sara Sword (possibly haven't decided yet). Combat Bracelet/Bracelet of Regeneration (which can be better?) . But what else guys? Thank you for all help.
