Most only purchase that sngle match Madden or 2k, time investment to do everything like badge grinding may take all your time although I think that it's easier today to get to 99 and they want you to make numerous builds now. I play the thing mainly every year I simply dont get it at release because of the sideshow it is and Madden 21 coins it drops price fast. Or perhaps the people that is whining on the world wide web has nothing to do with the population that is usually buying games like Madden, NBA 2K along with other games like this. Despite the complaining people do here, these games are nearly always very great. They always have like 7different game modes and ways to play. You can avoid all micro transactions incredibly easily.
Many gamers don't realize the amount of console sales that take place is rather high just because of its specific purpose to perform two or one annualized franchises. For the individual who buys two games annually such as Madden and NBA2K every calendar year, $60x2 for the hours and hours of time put into those games, the value is super high. The populace of people who fall within that category are not on r/Games complaining about microtransactions and shit like that. They most likely don't even possess a reddit account. It's not a knock on them, it's just the way things are.
I watched an interview for one of the earlier call of responsibility annualized games (such as contemporary warfare 3 or more so), and also the developers essentially said that normal gamers (the ones who play halo, killzone, battle along with other shooters) do not buy call of duty games. The majority of people who perform call of duty will only buy Cod along with a sports match. And they'll do so religiously every year. I have heard this subset known as Brogamers--kind of the antithesis to those that just play The Sims/Animal Crossing but in the end it is a similar spending pattern. Totally agree with you and this interview from way back in the day (individual time is flying ). Bro Perhaps you have played a Madden game lately? They're fucking terrible! Same engine as they utilized on PS3, however the game has less features and more bugs than it did 15 decades ago. It's objectively a terribly created game.
The madden criticism which surfaced has nothing to do along with your comment. Its an increasing group of people who want to play a fantastic football game, but Ea keeps selling them the same game without upgrading the motor. This group wants the nfl to either give out several cases of likeness rights or sell them exclusively to another company that would hopefully create a better match. Not surprising. That is the reason why EA doesn't need to bother ever enhancing anything in the majority of their modes or fixing any bugs that have been there for several years. People will get it no matter whales will dump tons of money into MUT. 2k has similar problems and the microtransaction material is gross but at the very least which has good gameplay and high tier presentation and they still put in a little more effort. Sports game just have a completely different demographics to matches like Witcher 3 and CIV.
If anything this shows you why they published a broken item. The men and women who purchase do not read/care exactly what the web thinks. Disappointed in the sport community but frankly. . .where else can they go if this is their only option? Most of the sports game fan do not read reviews before they buy. A good deal of them literally just play that cheap Mut 21 coins sport for the whole calendar year. It is the same for FIFA. Lots use their playstation as essentially a FIFA machine. Imagine if Fromsoftware created a half-baked Souls match. The fans would still buy it because it's still a Souls match. Makes sense if you consider it that way. I mean, I played New Super Mario Bros 2. It is like three hours and nothing about it's distinctive from all the other New Super Mario Bros. games. Yet, I purchased it, and therefore didn't millions of different players.
