The suit also outlines the trauma caused as a result of the incident. Following the third lawsuit, Mut 23 Coins began to begin to take action, appointing the senior vice president Lisa Friel as lead investigator into the incident. Friel was most recently assigned similar roles for the league in 2019 investigating allegations made against the receiver Antonio Brown. However, details of the investigation by the league's "probe" of Watson were a bit hazy and did not provide details of the manner in which it would be conducted and whether Watson would be suspended from the team's activities in the event of the outcomes of the investigation. That probe is still ongoing.
On the 19th of March Buzbee confirmed that additional women came to his office in following the three previous accusations. Nine lawsuits were also filed making the total twelve -- and the attorney said that 22 women have contacted his office claiming that they too had been harassed or attacked by the Texans' quarterback.
The nature of the suits ranged from a woman who stated that Watson tried to force the quarterback to make her kiss and another that claims Watson tried to sexually assault her on two separate occasions when they met at an office building. In the wake of these suits Buzbee demanded her Houston police department, as well as the Harris County District Attorney's Office to investigate these claims brought against Watson which could lead to criminal charges, in addition to the civil cases which were filed.
On March 22 , another lawsuit was filed, this one from California. It is the 14th civil action brought against Watson who is, again, a massage therapist. This lawsuit referred to Watson as an "serial predator," detailing an incident that Watson asked the woman to come to his house for a massage at a certain time, then locked the doors and during the massage allegedly placed her hands on his penis. In response to her protest Mut Coins Madden 23, Watson said "I won't force you to sign an NDA and you should not talk about this."
