I'm pretty satisfied with the character creator. A color wheel with a rainbow of colors ensures that you'll be more than just a couple of shades of Black, and there's a myriad of options for you to play with to get your character to look just the way you like it. Lost Ark also correctly understands that there are many different kinds of ethnic hairstyles that are more than dreadlocks and afros. However it's not offering more than two styles for kinky-haired folks like me. When you begin the game, you select your character prior to the character customization, which I find odd that certain classes in Lost Ark are gender locked. If I'm hoping to play the warrior, I must to play as a male, or if I want to play as a mage I'm restricted to a female avatar.
Each class is comprised of a range of subclasses with specializations that you must choose immediately after choosing your primary class. Because I wanted to play as a lady I picked Sorceress as a subclass of the mage job. However, I really wasn't fond of her abilities. They felt weak and lacking an interesting "oomph," so buy gold lost ark I made a new character picking a berserker-type warrior and haven't looked back since.Combat feels pretty decent. There are many skills at the start which you can link together to unleash formidable combos. These are necessary in dungeons when enemies outnumber you 20-to-1.
